Frühlingswanderung mit Höhen und Ausblicken ins Harzvorland
Die Sonne lacht vom Himmel, die Vögel zwitschern von den Bäumen und langsam aber sicher sprießt frisches Grün. Frühlingsduft liegt in der Luft. Du bekommst Wanderlust? Dann komm mit zur ersten Wanderung dieses Jahres durch die wunderschöne Natur im Harz!
Unser Ausgangspunkt ist Blankenburg. Von dort aus führt unsere geplante Route durch die Natur vorbei am Wasser, an Ruinen und über Höhen rund um die Stadt. Auf dem Weg warten mehrere Aussichtspunkte darauf, von uns entdeckt und bestaunt zu werden. Die schöne frühlinghafte Natur darf natürlich nicht fehlen.
Die An- und Abreise mit dem Zug haben wir ab Magdeburg schon organisiert. Wenn ihr aus anderen Orten anreisen möchtet, unterstützen wir gerne dabei, eine Reisegemeinschaft zu finden. Für eine gemeinsame Anreise ab Magdeburg treffen wir uns pünktlich um 8:50 Uhr direkt draußen vor dem Haupteingang (Ostseite) des Magdeburger Hauptbahnhofs. Dann kaufen die Fahrkarten und nehmen den HBX um 9:09 Uhr mit Umstieg in Halberstadt nach Blankenburg. Für die gemeinsame Rückfahrt haben wir den RE um 16:33 Uhr anvisiert, sodass wir voraussichtlich um 17:47 Uhr wieder in Magdeburg sind.
Im gesamten Harz kann man an verschiedenen schönen Orten Stempel in einem Stempelheft sammeln. Dieses kannst du, wenn du möchtest, hier bestellen (Gebühr 4 Euro). Wir wandern an den Stempelstellen HWN 77 Ruine Luisenburg und HWN 78 Barocke Gärten / Obere Mühle vorbei.
Angestrebt ist eine 13,5 km lange Rundwanderung (ca. 5 Stunden). Die Route kannst du dir vorab schon angucken. Bitte nimm dir etwas zu essen, ausreichend Getränke und evtl. Sonnenschutz mit. Wenn du möchtest, pack auch gerne eine (vegane) Stärkung zum Teilen mit.
Minderjährige Teilnehmende sind auf unserem Ausflug herzlich willkommen. Als ehrenamtliche Jugendliche können wir jedoch keine Betreuung und Aufsicht gewährleisten. Aus diesem Grund können wir Menschen unter 18 Jahren nur in Begleitung einer Aufsichtsperson mitnehmen.
Wir haben eine Wandergruppengröße von maximal 25 Personen vorgesehen und freuen uns über deine verbindliche Anmeldung bis zum 22. April. Ein Anmeldeformular findest du unten. Aufgrund der begrenzten Teilnehmendenzahl bitten wir dich um eine rechtzeitige Absage, falls du doch nicht mitkommen kannst, sodass wir den Platz an eine andere Person auf der Warteliste weitergeben können.
Bitte habt Verständnis, dass die Kosten für das Ticket nur übernommen werden können, solange ihr pünktlich am Treffpunkt erscheint! Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung ist für dich kostenlos, aber wenn du möchtest, freuen wir uns über eine Bargeldspende in unserer Sammelbox.

Spring hike with views of the Harz foothills
The sun is shining, birds are chirping from the trees and fresh greenery is sprouting everywhere. The scent of spring is in the air. Do you feel like hiking? Then join us on the first hike of the year through the beautiful Harz countryside!
Our starting point is Blankenburg in Harz Mountains. From there, our planned route leads through nature, past water, ruins and over elevated terrain around the town. Along the way, several viewpoints are waiting to be discovered and admired. Of course, the beautiful spring landscape will not be missing.
We have already organized the collective travel from Magdeburg. If you like to travel from other places, we will be happy to help you find a travel group. For the collective travel from Magdeburg, we will meet punctually at 8:50 a.m. directly in front of the main entrance (east side) of Magdeburg Central Station. Then we will buy the tickets and take the HBX at 9:09 a.m., changing trains in Halberstadt, to Blankenburg. For the return journey, we are planning to take the RE at 4:33 p.m., so that we will probably be back in Magdeburg at 5:47 p.m.
Throughout the Harz region, you can collect stamps in a stamp booklet at various beautiful locations. If you’d like, you can order the booklet here
(fee: 4 euros). We’ll hike past the stamp locations HWN 77 Luisenburg Ruins and HWN 78 Baroque Gardens / Upper Mill.
The planned route is a 13.5 km circular hike (approx. 5 hours). You can already take a look at the route in advance. Please bring something to eat, enough drinks and, if necessary, sun protection. If you’d like, feel free to bring along a (vegan) snack to share.
Underage participants are very welcome on our excursion. However, as young volunteers, we cannot guarantee supervision and care. For this reason, we can only take people under the age of 18 if they are accompanied by a supervisor.
We have planned a maximum group size of 25 people. We are looking forward to your binding registration by 22nd April. You can find a registration form below. Please understand that the costs for the ticket can only be covered as long as you arrive at the meeting point on time! To participate in the hike is free of charge for you, but if you like, we would be happy to receive a cash donation in our collection box.
